The answers to all your questions before you step into the studio
What should I wear to pole class?
Whatever you're most comfortable in! Shorts, pants, capris, tank tops, hoodies, sports bras - anything that makes you feel good! Bare feet are easiest, though socks could work too. Make sure you're not wearing any jewelry, as it could scratch you or the pole.
What should I wear to aerial class?
Pants and sleeves are going to be best for silks, and you can wear whatever you like to hoop! Make sure no jewelry, and it's easiest with bare feet (socks will provide a whole different challenge)
How many students are in each class?
In pole classes there are a maximum of 7 students per class, and in hoop or silks there is a maximum of 5 students per class.
What are the intro classes about?
Intro classes are where it all starts, and there're two of them - Intro to Pole and Intro to Aerial. You will take one of these classes before you sign up for a level 1 pole, hoop, or silks class. Intro classes are everyone's first class, so there's no need to feel nervous 😉.
What level should I sign up for?

Do I need previous experience?
Absolutely not! We take all levels of experience and strength. After all, that's why you're coming to the studio, right?
