The answers to all your questions before you step into the studio
What should I wear to pole class?
Whatever you're most comfortable in! Shorts, pants, capris, tank tops, hoodies, sports bras - anything that makes you feel good! Bare feet are easiest, though socks could work too. Make sure you're not wearing any jewelry, as it could scratch you or the pole.
What should I wear to aerial class?
Pants and sleeves are going to be best for silks and hoop! Make sure no jewelry, and it's easiest with bare feet (socks will add a whole different challenge)
How many students are in each class?
In pole classes there are a maximum of 7 students per class, and in hoop or silks there is a maximum of 5 students per class.
Do I need previous experience?
Absolutely not! We take all levels of experience, ability, and mobility. After all, that's why you're coming to the studio, right?
What level should I sign up for?
If you've never taken a class before, start with a Beginner Pole or Beginner Aerial. If you have taken classes - awesome! Reach out to Alex to see where you'll fit best. She can be reached by phone or text at (403) 880-8552 or email at alex@swayaerialfitness.com
