About
Sway Aerial Fitness is Medicine Hat's only aerial fitness studio, offering pole, hoop, and silks classes. Our dedicated instructors are practitioners themselves and place a high value on constantly developing our members in a safe and joyful environment.
Sway has something for everyone, offering leveled pole, silks, and hoop classes, along with flexibility, conditioning, and kids (8+) hoop and silks classes. Each level follows a carefully constructed curriculum to maximize our member's success.
Our focus at Sway Aerial Fitness is to cultivate a dedicated community of athletes who are committed to developing their strength and skills while supporting and building each other up.
Available Classes
Pole Classes
Become a member of our pole community! Start with an Intro to Pole class followed by a series of levels following a curriculum aimed at helping develop your strength and flow.
Aerial Silks
Learn how to move with the flow of the silks! After your Intro to Aerial class, you'll join our silks levels, working on manipulating your body in the silks to make beautiful shapes.
Aerial Hoop
Feel like you're on a playground again in hoop classes! Intro to Aerial will give you your first experience, and then you'll surprise yourself with the strength you develop making stunning shapes with the hoop.
Flexibility
Any level of flexibility is welcome in these classes! Stretch your way to your splits, touching your toes, and incredible back bends!
Conditioning
Join a conditioning class if you're looking to increase your strength. Any level can come to build the muscles we use in pole, hoop, and silks.
