Sway 100
Set your goal. Show up. Celebrate your progress
Sway 100 is a 100-day personal commitment focused on your growth, your goals, and your definition of progress. Instead of comparison or competition, you choose one meaningful stretch goal and spend the season showing up with consistency, curiosity, and support from the Sway community—celebrating progress in all its forms.

How the Sway 100 Works
You will choose one meaningful stretch goal to work toward over the 100 days, then show up consistently, stay curious, and celebrate progress with your studio family cheering you on.
Achieve your goal by April 20 to be entered into the prize draw.

Your stretch goal should push you just beyond your current comfort zone—challenging enough to feel like growth, but achievable within the 100 days. Make it specific and measurable so you can track your progress, and know that instructors are here to help ensure your goal is the right level—not too easy, not impossible. Some examples of stretch goals could be:
-
Have your first straight leg deadlift pole, hoop, or silks.
-
Do a certain number of strength moves (like knee tucks, pull-ups, or handstands), or hold a challenging move for a set time.
-
Complete a certain number of classes or consistently train on a chosen apparatus.
-
Build flexibility in a specific area, like splits or backbends.
In addition to your stretch goal, you can earn extra entries for the draw. Extra entries can be earned by:
-
Being consistent by attending 3 classes per week over the 100 days.
-
Trying something new by exploring a new apparatus, style, or workshop during the challenge.
-
Sharing your journey by posting a reflection, photo, or video and tagging Sway Aerial Fitness.
-
Introducing someone new to Sway and encouraging them start their own practice.
-
Exceeding your goal! If you surpass your stated goal before the end of the challenge, you can speak to an instructor to set another stretch goal for bonus entries.
Every entry counts toward the prize draw at the end of the challenge, celebrating your commitment, effort, and personal achievement.
